Casino Arizona history

Casino Arizona opened in 1998 as a poker room with 47 poker tables and added around 250 slot machines the very next year. At the same time, the owners opened a second location down the road as a temporary structure that eventually became the Talking Stick Resort in 2010.

Casino Arizona’s poker room was moved to the second location in 2003. Over the years, the casino added more slot machines and table games and reintroduced a designated bingo hall in 2012.
